Charles Schwab is located on the mall side of Building 6200 for your brokerage needs. Various ATMs are located in Stoneridge Mall.

Bicycle Parking / Storage

Commuting by bike to work is a great way to cut down on auto emissions and reduce your carbon footprint along with increasing daily physical activity. To support these initiatives at 6200 Stoneridge, we provide bicycle parking on the east (freeway) side of each building.

Access to the bicycle parking is available at no charge and on a first come first serve basis. Please ensure your bike is securely locked for we are not responsible for any damage or loss due to theft.

Child Care

Child Care Links is a Pleasanton based nonprofit agency that offers free child care information for Alameda County. You may contact Child Care Links directly by calling 925-417-8733 or visiting www.childcarelinks.org.



Dry Cleaning

Drop stations are located in the mailrooms of the 6200 & 6210 buildings with regular service days on Tuesdays and Fridays. To arrange service, please call 1-800-DryClean at 925-803-7597.

E-WASTE

Is your e-waste piling up? Not to worry! PCC offers free monthly e-waste pick-up. The pick-up will take place the last Thursday of every month. Please contact your employer for your companies designated collection area. Small items can be dropped off in the mailroom in buildings 6200 and 6210. For large pick-ups, please contact the management office to make arrangements.

LEED

Pleasanton Corporate Commons has been LEED® certified Platinum in the LEED for Existing Buildings rating system (the highest level a building can achieve). LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and is an internationally recognized green building certification system sponsored by the U.S. Green Building Council. LEED provides third-party verification that a building or community was designed and built using strategies aimed at improving performance across the metrics that matter most: energy savings, water efficiency, greenhouse emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts. Mail & Deliveries

Mailrooms are located on the first floor of each building. Each building has a mail drop for general mail. Outgoing mailboxes are also located on Stoneridge Mall Road in front of Building 6200.

There is a FedEx drop box located in Building 6200's mail room with a scheduled Monday-Friday pick-up at 4:45 p.m.

Parking Programs

In an effort to reduce pollution caused by automobiles, Pleasanton Corporate Commons offers preferred parking and amenities for carpool & alternative fuel vehicles on campus.

Alternative Fuel Vehicle Parking

Preferred parking is offered to alternative fuel vehicles on campus. An application or permit is not required. The reserved spaces are marked with “Alt Fuel” and will be patrolled by Security. Qualifying vehicles include electric, hydrogen fuel cells, hybrids and bio-diesels.

Carpool Program

Reserved carpool spaces are available by permit only. Carpool permits are available to all employees ridesharing with two or more employees of the campus. The carpool spaces are patrolled by security, and participants may not park in carpool spaces on days that they do not carpool. Each carpooling vehicle will be issued a permit, which must hang from the rearview mirror while parked in a carpool space. To apply for the carpool program, please download the carpool application here and return it to the Hines Property Management Office.

EV Charging Hub

PCC has a new EV Charging Hub equipped with 19 charging stations. The Hub is centrally located in the center of the PCC parking lot. To utilize the EV charging station you will need to open and account through ChargePoint. To do so, visit their website, www.chargepoint.com, or download the ChargePoint app on your phone. The payment structure for PCC employees is $0.25 per kWh. To receive the PCC tenant rate, you will need to enter the campus connection code. To find out what the code is, please reach out to your employer or contact the Property Management Office at 925.734.8400. Please note that if you are parked at idle (not actively charging) for more than 30 minutes you will be charged a parking fee up to $5 per hour.

Transportation

Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART)

Pleasanton Corporate Commons is .25 miles from the West Dublin/Pleasanton BART station. It is located at 6100 Stoneridge Mall Road (entrance is through the BART parking garage). West Dublin/Pleasanton to San Francisco's Embarcadero station is 43 minutes & costs $5.95 (as of February 2017). Schedules, maps, and fare information are available online at www.bart.gov.

GUARANTEED Ride Home

The Guaranteed Ride Home Program is a commuter benefit available to all Alameda County employers and employees free of charge. It guarantees a ride home (taxi or rental car) in case of an emergency to individuals who have made the effort to avoid commuting alone in their car. Employers must pre-enroll in order to offer this benefit to their employees at:

Scoop: Easy, Custom Carpooling

PCC is now offering for a limited time to campus employees! $2.00 toward every Scoop carpool trip. Use the Scoop carpool app to be matched with co-workers and neighbors sharing similar commutes. Employees at Pleasanton Corporate Commons no longer have to go to the gas station. Booster Fuels delivers gas straight to your vehicle while parked.
