Riser Manager
Tenants are required to use IMG for any cabling, installation or other work in the riser. IMG is the only vendor allowed to add or remove service and equipment between the main telecommunications equipment room (MPOE) and your suite. IMG technicians will connect all new voice, internet, TV and cloud service from the MPOE to your suite. IMG also offers IMG Connect – a free service to help tenants evaluate their voice and internet needs and provide competitive, no-obligation quotes.
AwareManager Work Order Instruction Manual
AwareManager is the online work order request system for use by tenant day contacts. The tenant day contact will be provided with their user name and password upon move-in. Please contact the management office if you have further questions regarding this program.
After Hours HVAC - Genea Platform Instruction Manual
Genea is the online after hours request system for HVAC services. The tenant day contact will receive a welcome e-mail upon move-in inviting them to set-up their account. Please contact the management office if you have further questions regarding this program.
Building Rules and Regulations
Required for safety, protection, and maintenance of the Building. Landlord reserves the right to rescind and/or modify any of these rules and regulations and to make future rules.
A quick summary of property emergency procedures. The property management team encourages all tenants to print out a copy and keep at their desk in case of emergency.
The Fitness center is open for all to enjoy Monday-Friday, from 6AM-6PM. A fitness waiver must be submitted to property management prior to gaining access to the gym.

Insurance Requirements - Tenant
All tenants of Pleasanton Corporate Commons must have a valid Certificate of Insurance on file with the Property Management Office. Please make sure that the certificate is completed in accordance with the information and limits of liability stated within the tenant lease.
Insurance Requirements - Vendor/Contractor Group I / Insurance Requirements - Vendor/Contractor Group II
The Property Management office no longer requires tenant vendors to provide a copy of a certificate of insurance to property management, except for construction projects which do require tenants to provide a copy of vendor COI's to property management. Tenants should obtain a valid certificate with sufficient coverage in order to protect against any damages caused by the vendor.
